Attract 18 new patients each month, per dentist

New patient aquisition - your biggest challenge?

In an increasingly competitive environment new patient acquisition remains one of the most challenging aspects of running a dental practice, and the impending NHS contract reform is sure to make this even more important in the years ahead. Whatever your practice type you need the tools to promote your practice, manage lapsed patients and make it easy for new patients to book their first appointment.

We surveyed hundreds of dentists and found that the average practice believes they need to boost new patient numbers by nearly 50% to grow their business. Despite this, only 25% of respondents use their website as a booking channel for new patients, with under 60% tracking where their new patients come from.

Our research also found that the best performing dental practices were able to attract up to 18 new patients each month, per dentist: the Second Immutable Law of Practice Performance
